Terms of Service

Last updated April 24, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the MedTech Talent Partners platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. Hiring manager accounts must represent a real, employing entity.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

  • No misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or employer.
  • No scraping, bulk export, or resale of profile or job data.
  • No discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful messaging.
  • No uploading of malicious files or content you don't have rights to.
  • No use of the AI features to defame, deceive, or impersonate.

5. Candidate content

You retain ownership of content you upload (resume, video, headshot, bio). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit it for the purpose of operating the Service — including sharing your approved profile with hiring managers.

6. Hiring manager content

Job postings must be for real, currently open positions. We may remove postings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. AI features

AI-generated content (resume rewrites, match scores, interview coaching) is provided as guidance only and may contain errors. You're responsible for reviewing and approving any AI output before relying on it.

8. Fees

Candidate accounts are free. Hiring manager and agency placements may be subject to separate written agreements with MedTech Talent Partners.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing us.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any candidate will be hired or that any role will be filled.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedTech Talent Partners is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MedTech Talent Partners is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
