1. Who we are
MedTech Talent Partners ("we", "us") operates a curated talent network connecting medical device sales and marketing professionals with hiring teams. This policy describes how we handle personal information.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, role (candidate or hiring manager), company.
- Candidate profile data: headline, bio, niche, territory, years of experience, LinkedIn URL, headshot, optional 30-second video.
- Documents: resumes and brag-book files you upload.
- Hiring data: job postings, shortlists, and interview requests you create.
- Usage data: pages viewed, search queries, AI match interactions, and audit logs of major actions.
3. How we use it
- To operate the directory, job board, and matching tools.
- To run AI features such as resume optimization, interview coaching, and candidate matching. AI prompts may include profile content you provided.
- To send transactional notifications (profile approvals, interview requests, application receipts).
- To prevent abuse, debug issues, and meet legal obligations.
4. Visibility & sharing
Approved candidate profiles are visible in the public directory and to verified hiring managers. You can hide your profile at any time by toggling visibility from your dashboard. Resumes are only shared with managers you've been pushed to or whose roles you've applied to.
We do not sell personal information. We share data with infrastructure providers (Lovable Cloud / Supabase, AI model providers) strictly to deliver the service.
5. Retention
Profile and application data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@medtechtalent.partners. Audit logs may be retained for up to 24 months for compliance.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Security
We use industry-standard practices including encrypted transport (TLS), row-level security on all stored data, and least-privilege access for our team. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
8. Changes
We'll post any material changes here and, when appropriate, notify you in-app or by email.
